View Progress

  • After tracking your health for a week, you can begin to look back at your progress!

  • Once in your BodyBank account, click on the drop down menu in the top left corner.

  • Select “Progress”

  • Here you can see…

    • How many days are left in your scheduled interval to earn points

    • How many points you have left to earn in that scheduled interval

    • Stats for the previous week, including…

      • How many days had a balance of Green, Yellow, or Red

      • How many days had a Food Level balance of Green, Yellow, or Red

      • How many days you banked in the previous week

      • Your overall balance for the previous week
