  • HOW DO I UPDATE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

    • To change any profile information, click the drop down menu in the top left corner of your screen and choose ‘User Profile’. Make any necessary changes then click ‘Update’ to save your changes.

  • HOW DO I START TRACKING MY HEALTH?

    • To track your health, click the blue icon in the bottom right corner of your screen, then select which component of health you want to record.

      • Stress is measured on a feeling scale of 1-5 (1 = a celebratory day & 5 = a day of crisis or emergency)

      • Energy is measured in minutes (sleep/exercise), cups (water), or servings (food)

  • HOW DO I SAVE WHAT I’VE RECORDED FOR EACH HEALTH COMPONENT?

    • After you have selected a health component and recorded your data, click the green bar, ‘Okay, I’m done for now’, to return to the home screen and save your recordings — you can follow these same steps to go back & change any component any time during the day.

  • CAN I CHANGE WHAT I’VE RECORDED AFTER I’VE SAVED IT?

    • Yes, but ONLY for the current day! After your data is saved, you can always go back & change any component any time during the day. You can continue to add minutes, servings, etc. as you move throughout your day. You can even change your stress levels if your day has turned out better or worse than expected!

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO EARN ‘ENERGY DOLLARS’ EACH DAY?

    • Your day starts over at midnight (12am)! In order to earn points for the current day, all data must be recorded and saved by 11:59pm! Anything recorded after that will go towards your balance for the next day.

  • WHAT IS MY BODYBANK ACCOUNT BALANCE? AND WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

    • On the home screen, you’ll see your BodyBank Account Balance in dollars — the more ‘energy dollars’ you can earn throughout the day, the more positive your balance will be & the healthier you become — you will also see your home screen change color from red to yellow to green as you go from a negative balance to a positive balance.

  • WHAT IS “TODAY’S FOOD LEVEL”? AND WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

    • On the home screen, you’ll see a colored dot indicating "Today’s Food Level”! If the color is on the green spectrum — celebrate, you’re getting lots of fresh healthy foods today…keep it up! If the color is on the red spectrum — you’re consuming more fried or processed foods than fresh, plant based options…try adding some healthy options to your plate today! If the color is on the yellow spectrum — you’ve probably had red, yellow, & green level foods today or mostly yellow….enjoy some more whole green level foods today!

  • WHAT DOES IS IT MEAN IF I SEE A RED DOT ON THE BLUE ICON TO TRACK MY HEALTH?

    • A red dot on the blue icon means that you have not tracked all of the health components for the day. When you click on the blue icon, you will see a green checkmark next to the health components you have recorded. Once you have recorded data for each health component, the red dot will disappear.

  • HOW DO I KNOW WHICH HEALTH COMPONENTS I HAVE RECORDED?

    • Click on the blue icon, you will see either a green checkmark or circle next to the health components. A green checkmark means you have recorded data for that health component, but doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve earned all the ‘energy dollars’ for that component. A circle means you haven’t recorded anything for that health component.

  • HOW CAN I SEE HOW MANY ‘ENERGY DOLLARS’ I’VE EARNED FOR EACH COMPONENT OR HOW MANY MORE DOLLARS I CAN EARN?

    • Below your Account Balance on the home screen, scroll down to see how many ‘energy dollars’ you have earned for each health component & where you can earn more money

      • For example, if you scroll down to Fitness and see that you can earn a max of $4 (seen in parenthesis), but you have only earned $2, go jog for 10 minutes and earn that extra $2! Or could you drink more water or take time to rest?

  • HOW DO I EARN APP TRACKING POINTS?

    • The circled number in the top right corner shows how many days you have completed tracking your health. These are your App Tracking Points! When a ‘sunburst’ appears around that number, you have tracked each component for the day! You may be able to earn more dollars, so keep tracking even as the day goes on.

      • When you complete a 4 day STREAK, you will receive a bonus point!!

  • CAN I EARN BONUS TRACKING POINTS?

    • Yes! For every 4 days you complete in a row (4 day STREAK), you will receive a bonus point! You’ll see that number added to your App Tracking Points!

  • WHAT does “SAVINGS” mean IN THE Physical activity COMPONENT?

    • You can only earn a max of $4 per day for fitness, but if you DO earn $6, that puts an automatic $4 in savings to use on another day.  This allows you to rest a day or still earn money if you aren’t able to make it to the gym as planned. If savings is available to use, it will be highlighted in blue. You will click “Use Savings” and $4 will be added to your account.  After you click to use savings there will be a blue highlighted button to “Undo Savings”. If you used your savings then ended up making it to the gym, you can click to “Undo Savings", record your time at the gym, and use your savings for another day.

  • CAN I view MY HEALTH PROGRESS?

    • Yes! You can View Your Progress over the previous 7 days. Once in your BodyBank account, click on the drop down menu in the top left corner. Select “Progress” and here you can see how many days you have remaining to earn points, how many points you have left to earn, & your stats from the previous week.
